Love the location as it’s close to flagstaff free tram zone and metro connect to main line Southern Cross. Walkable to Victoria market, restaurants and Melbourne central. Room offer a good size.

The breakfast was actually pretty good, had a breakfast at Raddison, more selection there but quality missing, laundry was great, great view, staff were very accommodating on late check out

Accommodation Upgrade: We appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite with a spectacular view overlooking Flagstaff Gardens. The natural light and greenery added a peaceful atmosphere to our stay in the heart of the city. Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated across from Flagstaff Gardens and just steps from the City Circle Tram and Flagstaff Station, making it easy to explore Melbourne’s CBD and beyond.

The bed was huge and comfortable. The room was really nice, just as advertised. The location was excellent with both tram and train stops outside or just down the road respectively.

Good central location in Melbourne. We paid for a park view which was nice. Apartment / Room was spacious for two people and well appointed. Small but adequate balcony. Good TV Package of Channels. Everything modern and working properly. Room cleaning once a week which was perfect for us as we did not wish to be disturbed whilst sleeping & recovering from long journey / jetlag. No breakfast included but kitchen was fine and supermarket only one block away. Hotel cafe on ground floor open for breakfast only if you wanted.

The staff was exceptional. Our flight was delayed and I had to check in very very late in the evening (after hours). She went out of the way to help me, and then also to book additional rooms for my extended family who ended up being stranded from another airbnb. Location is excellent. Just outside a tram stop and train station. Also, always a bonus to have a fridge, kettle and basic cooking facilities.

Great location. Close to the tram line, Southern Cross Station, and Melbourne Central. Convenient to have a Chemist Warehouse next door as well. The reception staff were also very nice.

5 day stay in Melbourne before travelling on Sydney , location was good for easy access to all of the attractions , Mint bar on corner nice handy place for a quick pint , Bourke st Fitzroy all easy tram journeys , make good use of the free trams , you won’t need Uber . FBO shopping on the docks worth a visit so are the bars and restraints . Hotel is ideal position clean and if you get the option ask for a park view I was in room 13 on 15th floor and lovely view over the park and the city . Make sure you have a trip to St kilda nice tram journeys in and some nice cake shops shopping and great coastline

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—just within 40 meters (a 1-minute walk) to both the train station and tram stop. It’s only one stop away from Southern Cross Station, making it super easy to reach from the airport. During my stay, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise, likely because fellow guests on my floor were considerate. The in-room fridge and microwave were very handy, especially for reheating leftover bread for breakfast. Note that you’ll need to request trash bags at the front desk and take your garbage to the disposal room yourself.

Great location. Early check in avaliable. Our tv was outdated and we were having trouble with it. However Bobby came and replaced the TV alltogether. Really impressive customer service Thankyou !
