I was super worried because I read the reviews after I booked and they were very 50/50. But in absolute honesty, this place was absolutely perfect. We arrived to be offered an upgrade, and in the room the staff organised a happy birthday card & chocolates for my partner from my request for something special. The hotel & room were super clean, had everything you needed and spacious, I mean you’re not doing acrobats in there (maybe you are, each to their own). I will say, I read reviews about the hotel being “heavily perfumed”, and I would say yes it’s definitely a strong fragrance but it’s SO not bad as some people were saying. This hotel was lovely, value for money, good location, clean and very friendly staff. I think the other reviews (valid for the people of course, as that may have been their experience), but they’re not accurate. Perfect perfect perfect and I think it’s gets unnecessary bad reviews. Absolutely underrated, great spot & would definitely stay again.

We loved the fact we could cook a meal, with pots pans and a double hotplate this made a difference for us. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff are wonderful. We had a small issue with a lamp, the friendly young lady was very helpful and understanding. Management are also very good at addressing our concerns and provided us with compensation for the issues. Very much recommend this hotel for the comfort and attention of staff and Management. Thankyou for making our time with you comfortable and enjoyable. we will definitely be back.

Good central location in Melbourne. We paid for a park view which was nice. Apartment / Room was spacious for two people and well appointed. Small but adequate balcony. Good TV Package of Channels. Everything modern and working properly. Room cleaning once a week which was perfect for us as we did not wish to be disturbed whilst sleeping & recovering from long journey / jetlag. No breakfast included but kitchen was fine and supermarket only one block away. Hotel cafe on ground floor open for breakfast only if you wanted.

The room was very spacious, big comfortable bed & large TV to watch The apartment had everything you needed to make you feel at home. Good kitchen facilities, the room included a iron, safe, mini shampoo, body wash etc Great location, right by many tram lines, metro, shops, lovely park opposite & 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria Market

Liked the size of the room. it was very spacious and had a nice kitchenette and roomy living area. The view was fantastic could see the sun set and lovely view of the gardens. The bed was also very comfortable and i had a good sleep. There was also a 24hr laundry which was useful.
